Highland beef is slow-maturing, making it a premium meat which is lean, well marbled and many people say that 'it tastes like beef used to taste' it is regarded by many to be the best beef in the world.
All of our cattle are slaughtered at a local abattoir and hung for three weeks optimise the flavour and tenderise the meat. This ensures that we make the most of our well-bred stock.

We offer a selection of all cuts and make these available in a 'freezer pack' with prices ranging from £100. We also offer single cut packs for special occasions from £20. We can send our meat to you via next day courier service if required.
